How can I redeem my Regal tickets?

There are two ways that you can redeem the Regal movie tickets you purchased.

The first way is to simply print out the tickets from the "My Orders" page in your account to redeem them in person. Alternatively, you can screenshot the barcode of each ticket to show on your mobile device at the ticket counter or when using the kiosk at the theatre. 

The second way is to redeem your tickets via the Regal app or online on Regal's website. This will allow you to select your showing and seats before you get to the movie theater. Please note that there is a $1.90 convenience fee for redeeming your tickets this way.

You should only get charged the convenience fee unless you are seeing a movie with special features that may have a surcharge (ie 3D, IMAX, Dolby, etc). A fee (~$1.50 per ticket) is also collected for our premium viewing experience at Premium or Luxury Seating locations.
