How can I redeem my Cinemark tickets?

There are two ways that you can redeem your Cinemark movie tickets.

The first way is for you to simply print the tickets from the "My Orders" page in your account. Then you can bring those tickets to the movie theater box office with you where you will select your movie.

The second way is to redeem the tickets through the Cinemark website. Please note that there will be a $1.70 service fee for redeeming your tickets online ahead of time.

You can follow the below steps to redeem your tickets this way:

First, once you're on the Cinemark website, you'll select your movie, date and time. On the next page, you will enter the amount of tickets you would like to purchase and then select "Add Tickets To Cart."

When you get to the checkout page where you are prompted to add your payment information to complete the purchase, scroll down to the "Cinemark Supersaver" section on the right-hand side of the page.

After you click "Cinemark Supersaver," you will see a space to enter the Supersaver Code and the Supersaver PIN. The Supersaver Code is the barcode number contained on the ticket. The Supersaver PIN is the PIN that you will see directly below the barcode number. See below for an example:

Once you click "Apply Code," you'll be able to complete your purchase. You should only get charged the $1.70 online fee, plus any additional surcharges if you've selected a movie with special features (i.e. IMAX, Large Format XD, 3-D, etc).
