If you made your reservation through PerkSpot Travel powered by Hopper, follow these steps to cancel or make changes to your booking.
Keep in mind that not all bookings are refundable, so be sure to review the refund policy on your reservation carefully before canceling.
- Go to your PerkSpot Travel powered by Hopper portal from your PerkSpot account.
- Click "My Trips" in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select "Cancel Hotel Reservation" and follow the on-screen steps.
After you request a cancellation, and it's processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you need help, contact PerkSpot Travel powered by Hopper Support directly from the "My Trips" page. On this page, select “Contact Support.” You’ll see the option to connect with a support agent by phone using a priority Support ID.
