When will my gym membership be activated?

If you purchased a gym membership through Equinox or Crunch via your PerkSpot account, you can expect your membership to be in your gym's system within the following time frames: 

Equinox: ~24 hours 

Crunch: ~5 days 
 

Please note that this timeframe is due to our gym partners entering your membership with the exclusive PerkSpot eligibility. To use your membership during the activation period, you can access your selected gym location using a day pass. Simply speak with a gym representative for assistance when checking in. (You may also show them your PerkSpot email receipt from your gym membership enrollment for confirmation.)
