What if I don’t want to use "My Disney Experience" account during my stay at the Walt Disney World® Resort?

It is highly recommended that a My Disney Experience account be created and utilized to make the most of your visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort.  The My Disney Experience account is used to access virtual ride queues, manage theme park reservations, check ride wait times, and mobile order food. 

Alternatively, upon arrival, you can pick up your Will Call ticket order by presenting the printed confirmation, along with a valid and properly matched government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, etc.), at any of the following Theme Park Ticket Windows: EPCOT®, Disney's Hollywood Studios®, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Ticket and Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom® Park, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs®.

The Lead Guest must be present with a valid and properly matched government identification for the tickets to be released. The order will not be released to anyone other than the Lead Guest listed on the Will Call confirmation.

Please note that Will Call lines at the Walt Disney World® Resort can have wait times of more than an hour prohibiting you and your party from entering the park.
