How do I update my email address and other personal information in my account?

Sometimes email addresses, zip codes, and names change.  No problem! Updating your Personal Information and managing your email subscription preferences with PerkSpot is easy!

Here's how to update your personal information on file:

• Click the avatar in the upper right corner of the page and then select "My Account."
• You will see a section titled "My Profile." Click the "Update My Profile" link.
• Towards the top of this next page, you will see a space to edit your email address and/ or other details. 
• A verification code will be sent to your current email on file - this code will expire after 15 minutes.
• Once you've entered in your verification code, feel free to make the change to your email address.
• Be sure to click "Update My Account" towards the bottom of the page to save your changes!

If you do not receive the verification email, or do not have access to the current email on your account, please reach out to our team at cs@perkspot.com. Provide us with the following information: 

1. Fist & last name
2. Current email on your account 
3. New email you'd like your account to be associated with 
4. Home zip code & Employee ID Number
