How can I cancel a hotel reservation?

While hotel reservations can technically be canceled, you may not always be entitled to a refund. There is also typically a cancellation fee. You can read the hotel's Cancellation Policy on the checkout page for more specific information.

There are two ways that you can cancel an existing hotel reservation.

The first way is directly through your PerkSpot account. To get started, click here to view the full Travel Discount Center. On this page, click "My Reservations" in the upper right corner of the page. There you will see a list of any reservations you have made with a link to cancel.

The second way is by calling our hotel merchant, Alliance Reservation Network, at (844) 321-8122. Please ensure that you have the name on the reservation, the email address on the reservation, and your reservation number handy.
