You may not be able to locate the name of your crew member for one of two reasons. The first reason is if their National Store Number is not activated. The second reason is if they aren't yet registered.
If your crew member's National Store Number is not activated, please have them reach out to PerkSpot Customer Support at email@example.com to manually add their store number to their account. Please ensure that they include their NSN in order for us to validate and activate their account.
If your crew member has not registered for an account, please provide them with the following instructions:
- Go to Ourlounge.com to create an account as a crew member. (If you already have an account, log in and move to the next step.)
- Once an account has been established, please click the "Bravo!" icon.
- You will be redirected to mcdperks.perkspot.com where you will then click "Create An Account."
- You will notice that your store number has populated already (which is AWESOME)
- Please make sure to enter a personal email address such as Gmail, iCloud, or Outlook.
- Once you have successfully established an account, your GM can start recognizing you!
