We're very sorry that your account was deactivated! PerkSpot receives a file from LegalShield that contains information about their eligible members and associates. If your information isn't included in this file, then your account will get deactivated. This may occur if you are no longer eligible for the MemberPerks program or if you may not be current on your LegalShield membership dues.
At PerkSpot customer support, we are unable to manually reactivate deactivated accounts. The only way for your account to be reactivated is for your information to be included on the next eligibility file LegalShield sends to PerkSpot.
