Additionally, keep in mind that physical cards are not sent out via mail. You can use the digital card in their app or visit any Sam's Club with your membership number to receive your physical membership card.

Their phone hours of operation are Monday - Saturday from 7 am -11 pm CST and Sunday from 10 am - 8 pm CST.
